Exercise classes
We offer these fun, energetic exercises on a weekly basis which both you the carer and the person you care for can get involved in from the comfort of your home if you have Zoom.
- Chair exercise – gentle sitting exercise with Alison on Thursdays from 1-3pm in Watts Hall, ChristChurch, Uxbridge

Increase your heart rate and improve your health and wellbeing with free led walks. Led walks take place Monday to Saturday across the borough and are a great way to meet people and explore Hillingdon’s beautiful green spaces.

Laughter Yoga & Relaxation
St. Johns are bringing smiles to faces with inviting carers to join in with this fun but really beneficial activity. The sessions are for 20 minutes combining breath work, stretches and laughter followed by relaxation. Sessions are held over zoom on Wednesday mornings at 11am.

It’s nice to do some gentle exercise in a friendly and sociable setting. Anyone can do it. The tutor is very patient and careful to tailor the class to group members. We have a tea and biscuits session afterwards, it’s easy to chat to new people in a very relaxed atmosphere.
